This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”, “Terms”) governs your use of the RT Helper mobile application (“App”, “Service”) provided by Dzmitry Dubovik (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal or professional use on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.

RT Helper offers auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time using your device account settings:
We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies.
Note: Subscription prices and billing periods may vary by region and platform.
Some features of the App are available for free, while others require an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
RT Helper is a calculation and assistance tool intended to support professional radiographic testing workflows.
The App does not replace professional judgment, certification requirements, safety procedures, or applicable standards. You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations, results, and compliance with applicable regulations and safety rules.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
